Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A session is confirmed only after our team has spoken with you and agreed a time.

Suitability for any experience is discussed with the VAURA team before your session begins.

Guests are asked to follow the guidance of our team at all times and to disclose any relevant health conditions before a session.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session where we believe it is not appropriate for a guest.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be shared with you at the time of booking confirmation.
